Welcome to 'Little Book of Sketches' a sketch resource centre for scrapbookers, cardmakers and stampers alike. We all hit that creative brick wall at times, or you have that photo you want to scrap but just don't know where to begin... well now inspiration is just a mouse click away!

Here you will find all sizes of Layout Sketches, different sized Card Sketches along with Tag and ATC sketches. These are all original designs by us, and we hope you find inspiration from our sketches.

Some layouts to share!

Hi all. I've had a great time creating with some of the awesome sketches here at Little Book of Sketches, so I thought I'd share some of them with you!

This one is done using SKETCH #278 - I love this sketch, I'm going to use it again, it's so versatile! I've used My Minds Eye Out and About paper range - they are just gorgeous.

This one, of my super-cool son at softball, is a double layout using SKETCH #8, which was flipped to make the second page. It ties in nicely, I think.

And finally, a card. This one was made using SKETCH #160, and adapted a little. I'm not particularly original when it comes to making cards - I'm more a layout kind of girl! So it's great to be able to pick a sketch and create something cool with it, even when it's not really in your "area of expertise"!! lol

Wow it has been awhile since our last update.. life is just gets in the way.. but I have been busy creating some new sketches for you all.. with so much more to come in the next couple of weeks.

Find Us over at Pencil Lines

I am so very excitied today.. in the wee hours of the morning (Australian time) our purpose design sketch went live over at Pencil Lines..

I was so honored when I got the email to let us know they had accepted one of my sketches to feature on the site...

Well, the first exciting piece of news today, is that the wonderful Boss Lady has added some new sketches - they are awesome, make sure you check them out! But really, this is the news that you have all been waiting for ... it's taken a while, because there were so many names to print out, cut up, make sure everyone's tickets were in the draw ... but the winner of the awesome scrapbooking products prize is .....

LOOK what you can do with a SKETCH

This is one of my latest sketches, Sketch #244 (Single Page ~ 4 photos)

And I want to thank Michelle Jamieson for letting us showcase her layout.. Michelle is from Brisbane in QLD, Australia. I love her take on this sketch, it is to bright and funky!

This is one of my earlier sketches Sketch #3 (Single Page ~ 1 photo)

Tamara Rodgers has done an amazing job with this sketch. Tamara is from Sydney in NSW Australia. She has done such an fabo job with this layout, it elegant and stylish, and how beautiful is her daughter.

Keep an eye out for this talented young lady, as she has joined the team here at Little Book of Sketches as part of our Creative Team!!

WOW I am just totally blown away by the response that we have gotten to the blog. I want to thank each and every one of you for leaving a comment on the blog and for those that have sent us emails with tour kind words...

I love hearing from people, and I am really excitied that we have so many Overseas people clicking on the site, it is very exciting... :)

If you miss any sketch that we upload into the main section of the blog, you will always find them in the galleries to your left, OR you can subscribe to our newsletter ver easily by entering your email address in the right side bar down the bottom.

ATC SKETCHES

What is an ATC: Otherwise known as Artist trading cards, they are 2 ½ x 3 ½ inch (64 x 89 mm) miniature works of art which artists trade with one another, similar to the way people trade sports cards.. but scrapbook style.

If you would like to know more about ATC, Click HERE as I found this might be useful information for those that don't yet know what an ATC is.

Well it is official, we are 'open' for business so to speak. I have worked very hard to get everything up and running so that it is set out for you all to use and enjoy.

What is the purpose of the Little Book of Sketches? well it is a free resourse for people to get inspiration when they are having trouble or have 'scrappers block'. I enjoy creating sketches and get enjoyment out of seeing peoples take's on my sketches.

We will update this blog with new sketches, layouts based on our sketches, competitions... plus we will be looking for a creative team very soon.

Feel free to use our sketches , but we do ask that if you are putting them in any Gallery or submitting them to any magazine that you credit us (Little Book of Sketches) and the sketch that you have used. We have numbered every sketch to help identifiy them for you.

We look forward to hearing for you, and seeing just how you use our sketches...
